*Rosters must be inputted within Spordle ID with a full list of players, coaches and OFM's (Off Field Manager).
'AAA' & 'AA' Roster Lock / Change Deadline
May 10, 2025
*Changes to the initial roster will be permitted up to this point. After this date, rosters will be locked and additions or changes to the roster will have to be made by Baseball Alberta.
'AAA' & 'AA' Roster Approval Request Deadline
June 7, 2025
*All Associations must submit their teams for approval before this date within Spordle ID.
'AAA' & 'AA' Final Provincial Championship Roster Approval Deadline
July 5, 2025
*All player & coach eligibility requirements must be met before this date, or noncompliant coaches or players will be removed from the roster.
'A' Initial Roster Deadline
July 1, 2025

*All coaches are required to complete their NCCP certification requirements in full prior to the Provincial Championships. Please be aware that certification clinics may not be available leading up to the Championships, so early completion is strongly encouraged.
